The informal communication could be the interaction among family members which do not need to be formal at all. The interactions use different words that are not even present to the formal one.
Written Communication
Written communication is more concerned on how to deliver the ideas trough write-ups and written documents. It follows a certain format or components needs to increase the engagements of readers. Written communication is used most likely with formal style, however, some also use informal depending on where they are written or posted.
Written communication is necessary to share ideas, thoughts, opinions and beliefs in word-based approach. The visual communication increases the chance of understanding the context of a certain passage. The visual interpretations are powerful tools in order to help the people understand the ideas of the speakers.
There are many forms of visual interpretation but the main idea is to give the most reliable and well explained ideas. The use of visuals is relevant during these days because of widespread of approaches and media outposts to be used.
Visuals are frequently used as an aid during presentations to provide context in addition to written and/or verbal communication. Visual communication may be more effective for some people when it comes to understanding ideas and contexts.
For instance, if you are searching on Google about how to cook omelette, there are instructions given for you to follow. However, these instructions are not good enough to understand the recipe itself. One thing is to add some photos for the viewers to follow. These photos will help the viewers understand the recipe and have reference on how do the recipe look like.
The YouTube also provide similar purpose. The videos we look at it has also to help us follow what the author wants to share. The videos also have more power than photos because of high resolution.
